Creativity as a factor of individual trajectory of administrative competence of the head of the educational institution

Individual trajectory of development of managerial competence of the head of the educational institution is the subject of scientific interest and practitioners and theorists in the field of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and others. Special attention should be paid to the creative development of the person the head of the educational institution in his professional activity. The article presents the author’s approach to the study of the creative aspects of the structure of administrative competence of heads of educational institutions, justified the need to identify the conditions and the creation of techniques that allow to consider creativity as a factor of individual trajectory of administrative competence of the head of the educational institution.
