The article discusses creativity in socio-cultural activities as a source of building a system of individual life relationships. The author believes that creativity in social and cultural activities - is a holistic system of focused training, the introduction of integrated and comprehensive development of innovations in human practice, while maintaining the dynamic unity of old, modern and new. Creativity in social and cultural activities designed to operate on the basis of strict observance of the principles, the most important of which is integrity. The author concludes that the social and cultural activities is the fact that its operation is determined not only by the state, and the influence of the external environment, but, and own goals, which involves the conversion of the latter, the subordination of the external environment demands effective impact of the subject, including through restructuring of the socio-cultural space-time continuum and modification of management subsystems.
