Participation of the state in corporate legal relations

The article examines the role of the state in the economy and corporate and legal relations in the current conditions. An analysis of the organizational and legal forms of a legal entity for public administration is carried out, as well as various views on the need for state participation in economic processes. The results of the study are the conclusion that the most optimal form of a legal entity for public administration is a joint-stock company. State participation in corporate relations at the present stage is a necessary condition for the functioning of the Russian economy.
