Participation of a notary in the contractual and legal regulation of property relations between spouses

The article discusses the main points of the development of contractual regulation of family relations between spouses, including those directly affecting the field of real estate. The features of such notarial action as the certification of a marriage contract are investigated. The author comes to the conclusion that the development of international relations and cross-border mobility of the population leads to an increase in the number of international marriages, respectively, there is a constant need to improve the skills of notaries in this field.
