Бесплатный доступ

The purpose of this article is to analyze the historical development and modern practice of participation of representative bodies of employees - production and other public councils in the management of organizations. Proposals for amendments to the legal regulation of the activities of these public formations are substantiated. At present, in accordance with labor law, issues of their creation and regulation of activities mainly depend on employers. Proposals to vest public structures with the right to independently resolve issues of their activities stem from the need to achieve a balance of interests of employees and business representatives. The article uses foreign experience in the activities of public formations.
