Participation of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in ensuring the martial law regime at the present stage: theoretical, legal and organizational aspects

The article is devoted to the study of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation to participate in ensuring the martial law regime. A brief analysis of modern threats and dangers for the Russian Federation, which have direct and latent nature, is carried out. The legal and organizational aspects of the activity under study are analyzed in accordance with new challenges and threats to public safety. Attention is drawn to the transformation of the activities of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation in connection with the introduction of a multi-level response system. The recommendations are formulated to improve the effectiveness of the activities of internal affairs bodies to ensure public safety from modern threats and fulfill the tasks of providing martial law regime under conditions of a hybrid proxy war.
