Participation of the prosecutor in cases of special proceedings

Special proceedings are one of the types of civil proceedings in which the prosecutor has a significant role. The participation of the prosecutor in cases of special legal proceedings is largely determined by the general rules inherent in the civil process. Nevertheless, it is possible to identify a number of characteristic features determined by the specifics of cases considered in the order of special proceedings. The article describes the features of the participation of the prosecutor in cases of special proceedings.
