Participation of the prosecutor in civil proceedings

This article examines the legal status of the prosecutor in civil proceedings. In modern science, there is a discussion about the role of the prosecutor in the process of considering and resolving a civil case. The author considers the forms of participation of the prosecutor in the civil process. In addition, the article points out the problems of the legal status of the prosecutor in civil proceedings, and also suggests a possible way to eliminate the identified problem of legal regulation.
