Participation of the prosecutor in the civil process

The article reveals the role and place of the prosecutor as a participant in the civil process by analyzing the material of legal literature, as well as judicial practice. The problems of a limited circle of competence of this type of participation are being studied. The conclusion is drawn on the need to increase the terms of reference of the prosecutor in the civil process. To ensure this opportunity and, thus, increase the effectiveness of the court in the consideration and resolution of civil disputes, it is proposed to amend the current legal norms of civil procedural legislation.
