Participation of the prosecutor in the civil process

The article is devoted to the issues of the participation of the prosecutor in the consideration of civil cases, as well as the forms of his participation in this process. The purpose of the article is to analyze article 45 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Russian Federation. The article reveals the need for the transformation process of the current civil procedural legislation.
