The article considers the role of civil society institutions in the law enforcement function of the state as well as the main forms of participation of Russian youth in anti-drug policy. The article reflects the results of the sociological research (survey) conducted in summer 2015 among the students of Siberian Federal University (Krasnoyarsk).
