This article examines the doctrine of the state and law of Mo Tzu, related to the ancient Chinese philosophical tradition, which is a comprehensive examination of the basic principles of governance and social justice. Mo Tzu, who lived during the Warring Kingdoms period, sought to rethink existing charters and bring out a new understanding of state organization that would become the basis for a peaceful and just society.
