Account and use of nonlinearity and distribution of parameters of process of grain drying

Process of drying of grain is nonlinear with the distributed parameters that complicates its research. The main variables of process - humidity and temperature of grain, are averaged within some grain layers, the sizes which form and amount depend on design features of the dryer. Nonlinearity is connected with nature of interaction between humidity and temperature of grain layers, with dependence of coefficients of a thermal capacity, heat conductivity, heat diffusivity, moisture pro-water content potentials on temperature and humidity of grain. Distribution of parameters can be provided as a special type of nonlinearity which mathematical description results in internal nonlinearity of model. The existing grain dryers don’t consider (or poorly consider) in the design nonlinearity and distribution and don’t use these features in a management system drying process. In them the contradiction between the distributed nonlinear nature of process takes place. Process of drying is characterized by two main channels of transformation of four entrances of system (two revolting: “initial humidity”, “reference temperature of grain” and two managing directors “temperature of the agent of drying”, “a drying exposition”) in two exits (“final humidity”, “final temperature of grain”). Except two main communication channels “temperature of the agent of drying - the final temperature of grain” (which in a linear type is considered now in management systems of the majority modern grain dryers) and “a drying exposition - final humidity” are available also two the cross of a communication channel. Nonlinearity and distribution are shown at various levels: technical, physical, mathematical, technological, organizational and methodological. Not accounting and non-use of internal and external nonlinearity and distribution of parameters of drying are connected with complexity of creation, simplification and algorithmization of an operational model for the description of dynamics of process. In work need of accounting of nonlinearity and distribution in case of a research of process of drying of grain which are used and realized by the author in case of the solution of tasks of management, choice of the modes and parameters of grain dryers is proved.
