Registration of appeals of citizens in the system of the MIA of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the main provisions defining the unified procedure for accounting for appeals of citizens and organizations in the Russian Federation, the mechanisms of its implementation and the subjects of accounting. Using the example of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the possibilities and mechanisms of working with citizens' appeals using the current electronic document management information system are specified. The conclusion is made about the available resources in the development of the current accounting system.
