Specifics of learners' Cognitive activity in designing electronic course books

The authors introduce the method for considering the brain hemispheric asymmetry in creating an information model of a course book. Logical model of the study material complying with individual qualities of learners is presented. Software facilities which are used for the encouragement and assessment of its efficacy are covered in a concise but thorough manner.
