Taking into account the specifics of the "practical" thinking of Chinese students in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language

The necessity of studying the psychological characteristics of Chinese students, who today occupy the first place among foreign students in Russian universities, as a contingent with distinctive features, is substantiated. The features of Chinese “practical” thinking, its significance in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language are described. Based on the results of the study, a conclusion is made about the effectiveness of the selected authors of teaching methods that correspond to the “practical” thinking of Chinese students.
