Accounting for the influence on the value of security areas land

The author considers the main aspects of assessing the value of land plots, taking into account restrictions in the form of security zones. Analyzes the legal status of zones with special conditions for the use of territories (one type of which are protected areas), the nature of the arising constraints and the consequences of their establishment, advantages and disadvantages of existing methods for assessing the impact of such zones and makes suggestions for improving the methodology for their evaluation.
