Accounting of agricultural land: some problems of legal regulation

The author examined the legal problems associated with establishing the boundaries of agricultural lands and lands, as well as entering information about them into the Unified state register of real estate and other information resources. The documents of state contracts for the implementation of work to establish the boundaries of these lands, including the methodology for their establishment, were analyzed. Draft laws in the field of land management and state registration of real estate were considered. Versions for solving the identified problems are proposed.
