The article presents the results of a sociological research aimed at investigating conflicts in the school environment. The study substantiates the application of the microsocial approach to the analysis of conflict interpersonal interaction at school. The research estimates the prevalence of these conflicts and their location. The author provides measures to resolve conflicts between the teacher and the student as the subjects of the educational process.
