Institutions for the management of the Siberian gubernies and other acts of the Russian empire 200 years ago (in July 1822)

A brief analysis of the laws adopted in the Russian Empire during July 1822, that is, 200 years ago, is given. The number of decrees and other documents was: 52 (for comparison - in May 1822 - 35, in June 1822 - 38). Such an approach to the choice of the object of research, based on a round anniversary date, of course, is reproached to a certain extent, but, nevertheless, it allows a better understanding of the main trends in the historical development of Russian law. The source of the studied acts is the first Complete collection of laws of the Russian Empire (1649-1825).
