The Udmurts in urban surrounding: festive culture in the system of adaptation to the conditions of the NEP (new economic policy)

Basing on new archival sources and published materials the article considers festive culture as one of the mechanisms of the adaptation of the Udmurts to the urban environment in the 1920-s.
