Satisfaction of educational requirements as the basis of social development of a region

The article regards the satisfaction of educational requirements as one of the most important factors defining social development of a region. The Republic of Chuvashia is taken as an example, a specific character of its realization in the context of general direction of the Russian Federation educational system upgrading is shown.
