Satisfaction of citizens in the system performance measurement for local authorities

The article considers the experience of forming the "satisfaction of residents with the activities of LA" indicator in a system of PM for local authorities through surveys of the population by using IT-technologies. The author has studied the legislation and regulations of the Russian Federation subjects, the data of consolidated reports on the results of monitoring the effectiveness of LA, official websites of state and municipal authorities. The author has presented the results of the analysis of the survey conducted among the population which are forming the indicator of satisfaction of citizens. Based on the findings, were identified the main problems of the indicator formation with the use of IT-technologies and given recommendations for their overcoming.
