The introduction identifies the necessity of studying students' satisfaction with practical training for their future professional activities. A review of pedagogical research demonstrated the relevance of studying the impact of internships on the professional development of students in construction specialties. Questionnaires for students and surveys for teachers and employees of base enterprises allowed us to identify the level of student satisfaction with internships and justify the problems in their organization. It is hypothesized that the dynamic updating of internship programs impacts the effectiveness of integrating theoretical education and practical operations, as well as the acquisition of advanced experience in the field of professional activities.
