«OIL CROPS» Scientific bulletin, VNIIMK, 2006, is 2 (135). Cakes of different kinds of oil crops differ with a composition of structural and easily accessible carbohydrates: cellulose - 12,3-14,2 %, lignine - 3,4-9,7 %, hemicellulose - 4,7-10,7 %, unnitrogen extract substances - 11,4-19,9 % that influences on a level neutrally-detergenic and acid-detergenic cellular.
