Criminal liability as a type of legal liability

The article examines issues related to the terminology of legal liability and criminal liability under the criminal legislation of Kyrgyzstan. The institution of criminal liability is considered in the system of legal liability. The most common and isolated features of criminal liability are summarized. As a result of the study, the most characteristic features of criminal liability and its place in the system of legal liability were outlined.
