Criminal liability in the field of infringement of invention and patent rights

In general, the public danger of a crime under Art. 147 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, is to undermine the private (personal property and non-property) rights and freedoms of a person (citizen) guaranteed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, in particular, it is expressed in violation of the right to inventions, utility models and industrial designs. Also, the public danger of a crime under Art. 147 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, may be expressed in violation of the right to obtain a patent, the right to remuneration for a service invention. Public danger of a crime under Art. 147 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, similar to the public danger of crimes under Art. 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, since the scope of public relations for these crimes is common, so Art. 1345 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation determines that the rights to inventions, utility models and industrial designs are recognized as intellectual patent rights.
