Criminal and legal characteristics of the organization of prostitution: theory and practice

The author considers some theoretical issues of the organization of prostitution, the functioning of dens for prostitution, as well as their reflection in the practical activities of pro-security bodies. Proposals for optimal completion of gaps in criminal legislation concerning the delineation of related concepts in the definitions of articles, which in turn create a lot of problems in the qualification of crimes and the administration of justice.
