Criminal-legal protection of the functioning of single state registries

The article is devoted to the problem of law enforcement of the criminal legal norm in the field of functioning of unified state registers. The article describes the characteristics of the USR, which makes it possible to extract information resources from all existing information resources in the legal field of the Russian Federation that are related to unified state registers. The author positions himself the idea that in the investigated area of social and legal relations there are quite a lot of discussion issues and problems that require scientific study and a correct legal justification.
