Criminal and legal counteraction to looting in the EAEU member states

The author considers actual problems of theory and practice of bringing to criminalresponsibility for looting. The author comes to the conclusion about excessive detailing of themain features and aggravating circumstances in the qualified and especially qualified corpusdelicti of looting in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which led to the absence ofjudicial practice of bringing to criminal responsibility under article 356.1 of the Criminal Codeof the Russian Federation.
