Criminal law and criminological aspects of violent criminal assaults in relation to minors

At the meeting of the dissertation Council 24.2. 426.04, created on the basis of the Ural State University of Law, on July 1, 2022, a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences Vladimir V. Kladko was defended on the topic «Violent assaults against minors: criminal law and criminological aspects» in the specialty 5.1.4 - Criminal Law sciences (legal sciences). The Dissertation Council decided that V. V.’s dissertation Kladko is a scientific qualification work that is essential for the science of criminal law and criminology, meets the requirements established by the Regulations on awarding academic degrees, as well as on awarding V.V. Kladko the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences in the specialty 24.2. 426.048. The article is a review of the dissertation of an official opponent, in which the structure and content of V.V. Kladko’s dissertation.
