Criminal proceedings as a special social system of conflict resolution

The article reveals the conflict nature of the crime, substantiates the relationship between the concepts of crime and criminal legal conflict, as well as the relationship between criminal legal and criminal procedural conflicts. The author gives the additional factors causing conflict in criminal proceedings.
