A criminal order and a protest against it in a criminal court proceeding of the Czech Republic

The article considers a special form of criminal proceedings in the Czech Republic (criminal order) and the corresponding legal remedy (objections). The author analyzes the relationship between the shortened form of making the final decision in a criminal case and the availability of a means of appealing it. The author pays special attention to the issue of features of objections as a means of protection initiating verification proceedings.
