The role of knowledge in a modern organization

In modern society, knowledge is becoming basic resource of economy that is providing the rest of tree resources and those are, labor, capital and natures resource to be more productive. In modern economy knowledge is applying on knowledge. In this kind of society, the education is an imperative - society of knowledge is demanding the education of individuals, who are responsible and who are of benefit to the prosperity of society. In modern economy it is not possible to achieve significant business results through manufacture and distribution of goods or by money management, but mainly by possession of information's and increasing productivity of knowledge. Marketing is providing the management of knowledge, it is creating the possibility for increasing the productivity of knowledge for the rest of business functions of corporation. Marketing is representing a key instrument that makes knowledge more productive. One of the most important of domestic economy is inadequate use of human potential knowledge, in which it is not meant of technological knowledge, but the knowledge that is required for efficient management of corporation. In that sense, domestic economy is in a need for efficient management even more than the technological invention. Modern organization demands the efficient by employers, productivity, quality work and creativity, and for filing tease goals they must possess numbers of capability, personnel characteristic, knowledge, skills and motivation.
