Ultrasound diagnosis of subclinical forms of congenital inguinal hernias

To study the echo graphic semiotics of sub clinical forms of congenital inguinal hernia, carried out ultrasound in 125 children with inguinal hernia from 1 year to 17 years. The article lists the parameters of the inguinal canal in congenital inguinal hernias, including subclinical forms. Based on the study of ultrasound picture of inguinal canal and nonobliterative processus vaginalis of peritoneum developed ultrasonic semiotics of subclinical inguinal hernias: - expansion of the deep inguinal rings - found hernial protrusion during provoking the samples in the upper third of the inguinal canal. The obtained parameters of the inguinal canal may be used when choosing surgery.
