Tasks and objectives. The purpose of the given work is rising of efficiency of diagnostics of inflammatory changes of different types of tendons of a locomotorium. The research's objectives is revealing of distinctive features of implications of inflammatory process in different types of tendons. Materials and methods.The article contains the result of researches of 120 patients with inflammatory manifestations of various types of tendons surrounded synovium and without synovium executed by a method of the comparative analysis of inflammatory manifestations in the given types of tendons. Two groups of patients on 60 persons in everyone, based on an accessory to two types of tendons are analyzed. In each group of patients with inflammatory processes in various tendons of joints of the top and bottom extremities of a locomotorium are presented. The method of the comparative analysis of implications of inflammatory process is applied to research in two types of tendons in comparison with the tendons of the cognominal intact contralateral joints. Results. Data of ultrasonic implications of inflammatory process is studied in two types of tendons, which were expressed, by various degrees of changes of a thickness, width and tendon's echogenicity at same expressions of clinical implications of inflammatory process in them. Dependence of degree of changes of a thickness, width and echogenic in two types of tendons from expression of clinical implications of inflammatory process is studied. Conclusions. As a result of the given researches the conclusions reflecting features of ultrasonic implications of inflammatory process in two types of tendons are drawn.
