Unification of the national regime in the contract system of the Russian Federation

The research is relevant due to the special significance of supporting national producer and inadmissibility of financing at the expense of budgetary funds and corporate funds. The article considers the main features of applying the national regime in light of the latest regulatory changes that came into force in 2025. Key research findings involve the development of an algorithm for selecting a national regime, which can be used by corporate customers who are faced with the need for its mandatory application from January 1, 2025 and who do not yet have experience in this type of procurement. We emphasize that unification of the regulatory framework in terms of the national regime in the long term will improve the quality of procurement work carried out by customers, leadto a reduction in violations in this field and a decrease in the percentage of failed purchasesdue to the customer's failure to apply the relevant standards established by the regulator
