Unification in trade relations

The article is devoted to the study of the issues of some of the peculiarities of the unification of private international law in trade relations. This topic is relevant in the modern world, the scientific literature on a given problem is being studied, as well as practical domestic experience. The strengths and weaknesses of this issue are analyzed, and the author also proposes to change some provisions in this area of consideration. The specifics and uniqueness of international private law are considered in detail, which consists in the fact that it combines different in nature, structure - national conflict of laws norms, unified conflict of laws norms and unified norms of substantive law.
