University as center of life long education (upon the example of economic education)

The article considers the problem to overcome the reproductive style of teaching and transition to a new paradigm, providing cognitive activity and independence of thinking of students. It offers a new, integral approach to professional training, that is mutual education of individuals receiving the first higher education, and the students taking part in career development training within the system of life long education.
