University mathematic education in Russia in the XIX century

The article is dedicated to the history of Kazan University and formation of its mathematic education in the early XIX century. The experience of establishing higher mathematic education in pre-revolutionary Russia, recruitment of scientific and pedagogic personnel, university entrants training as well as selection and training of future scientists-teachers becomes topical in the respect of solving modern problems of university education.
