Business ombudsman in the system of protection of the rights and interests of the subjects of enterprise activity

The article examines the current mechanism for protecting the rights of entrepreneurs. The Institute of Commissioners for the Rights of Entrepreneurs is analyzed, and its activities over the past year are evaluated. The author considers the results of the Commissioner's cooperation with the Office of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation on the supervision of observance of the rights of entrepreneurs.
