The study of the precedent text phenomenon, in contrast to subjectively selected topics, is of great linguistic and cultural importance, especially for the implementation of communication at the intercultural level. In fact, this is manifested in an adequate understanding of the participants of the communicative act belonging to different national and cultural communities. The steady use of proverbs and sayings with national and cultural overtones in the discourse substantiates the possibility of widespread use of precedent texts-phenomena when teaching Russian to Tajikspeaking students in a non-linguistic University. It should be noted that each language system has its own location of linguistic and cultural elements in the precedent text and precedent statement. Since the lexical structure of a language enters into different system connections and relations (paradigmatics, syntagmatics, derivation), the use of dictionary units with a national-cultural component in the semantics of a precedent text-phenomenon requires serious work on their perception and reproduction. There is a strong linguistic and cultural base for presenting Russian precedent texts-phenomena in a Tajik-speaking audience, which creates opportunities for the formation of intercultural communication skills. These are universal signs and attributes of a genre originality, themes and functioning of a precedent phenomenon in Tajik and Russian languages. Native speakers and bearers of culture themselves should occupy a significant position in this regard, because in intercultural communication the characteristics of the communicants mentality, the specificity of the emotional mood, and the national features of cognitive abilities play an important role.
