Management activity of the executive as a psychological and pedagogical phenomenon

This article examines the psychological and pedagogical aspects of the Executive’s management activity. It analyses Executive’s activities as a subject of management as well as psychological conflicts arising at all stages from the scientific point of view. Solutions of arising problems and difficulties are considered.
