Management diagnostics is an effective analytical tool that does not require large financial and time costs and at the same time allows you to set the company’s position at the current moment, as well as determine the position of the nearest business strategy. Diagnostics management is a multi-stage process (testing, analysis, evaluation, practice, and so on), which is associated with the identification of symptoms of lack of effectiveness and the establishment of cause-effect relationships between these symptoms. The purpose of this work is to show the positive impact of management diagnostics on the development of the company and its financial well-being. Foreign enterprises have been practicing such activities for a long time, exploring the management process as a source of possible both successes and failures. Russian organizations still pay little attention to this aspect. This is due to the relevance of this work.
