The management model of the socio-educational project

The study analyzes the construction and implementation of the socio-educational project model intended to solve social problems through the educational technology. The model is implemented in four stages: inception, design, correction, and release. Each phase implies the specific organizational development tools: Future Search, Conference, Strategic Visioning, Open Space, and Participative Design Workshop. The socio-educational project is devised at the first two stages while it is tested and finally approved at the third and fourth stages. The model test is presented by a case study of AkademiUm project, the interactive and educational platform for the famous citizens of Nizhny Novgorod and visitors to it (scientists, representatives of cultural, arts, and sports industries) to deliver free TED sessions, lectures/seminars.
