Administrative problems of university at disputed situations on faculty in conditions of reforming of high school

Reforming of high schools cause an aggravation of a socially-psychological situation on faculties, occurrence mobbing. Exists two kinds mobbing: vertical - bossing when psychological terror proceeds from the chief; horizontal - when it proceeds from colleagues. The author analyzes the organizational and personal reasons of occurrence mobbing, the forecast of its development and possible ways of the termination.
