В этой статье рассматриваются практические проблемы и ограничения, с которыми сталкиваются специалисты по управлению стоимостью проекта при внедрении и эффективном использовании различного программного обеспечения, технологий и инструментов, которые в настоящее время доступны в быстро развивающейся сфере информационного моделирования зданий (BIM). Целью данной работы является изучение проблем, с которыми сталкиваются фирмы, и определение успешных практик, процедур и стратегий, которые внедряют фирмы. Методология исследования данной статьи основана на подробных интервью с фирмами по количественной съемке в Австралии.
