Contemporary social and economic situation implies the functioning of higher educational institutions as a subject of market relations. Therefore, regular introduction of the necessary changes and strategic and operative management via it is required. Productive realization of consulting function of the higher school promotes systematic realization of programming the necessary changes and supporting their introduction. Timely and high quality consulting provides the transformation of organization structure of the higher school with due account of the staff personal values. Due to synergy effect organization development at the level of professional activities of some single workers facilitates the transition of the whole organization system “institution of higher education” to this mode.
