Management of innovative processes in the system of secondary education in the realization of complex projects of modernization of education in the Republic of Buryatia (2007-2009)

This article analyzes the management of innovation processes in the regional system of secondary education in the framework of the project of modernization of education. The author of the basic mechanisms and forms of management of innovative processes in the educational system in the region, as well as the main results of the implementation of complex projects of modernization of education in the 2007 - 2009 years in the Republic of Buryatia. The author also discusses some issues of formation of innovative mechanisms for the development of education and management of innovative processes at the regional level. The article presents the main results of the implementation of innovative technologies in the management of the system of secondary education of the Republic of Buryatia in the modernization. Within the framework of the Integrated Project of modernization of education by the author consider a draft comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the regional education system.
