Management of innovative projects in library

Recognizing innovation and innovation as the only possible way of effective and efficient development of modern society, the author of the proposed article raises the problem of the professional organization of the innovation process in libraries. The publication gives a definition of the concept of "innovation", defines, considers and analyzes the existing specific features of innovation in the librarianship.
